Benchtop Pushup
To Set Up:
Begin by placing your hands just wider than shoulder width apart on your kitchen benchtop, or similar height object. Step your feet back until you are leaning towards the benchtop, with your low chest in line with the edge.
To Perform:
Keeping a straight line from ankles to shoulders, bend your elbows to lower your chest towards the benchtop. Pause just before your lower chest contacts the benchtop, then extend your elbows to push back to the starting position.
