Dumbbell Overhead Press
To Set Up:
To prepare, pick up a pair of dumbbells and position them between the tops of your shoulders and bottoms of your ears. Your forearms should be vertical, and dumbbells held horizontally. This is the start position.
To Perform:
To perform the movement, extend your elbows and press the dumbbells upward. They should travel in an arc so that in the top position they are positioned directly above your shoulders.
Pause for a moment in the top position, before returning to the start position.
