Dumbbell Bench Press
To Set Up:
Begin by laying on your back on a bench with your feet flat on the floor. Position your dumbbells so they are directly above your shoulders.
To Perform:
Bend your elbows to lower the dumbbells. As they lower they should move in an arc, downward and out, so they finish in line with your lower chest and with your forearms vertical. Pause for a moment in this position, before pushing the dumbbells back up into the start position.
