Single Leg Calf Raise

None

To Set Up:

Begin standing with one foot flat on the floor and toes pointing forwards. Bend the knee of the opposite leg to lift the foot from the floor.

To Perform:

Push through your toes and forefoot to elevate your heel. Pause for a moment in the top position, before returning foot flat to the floor.

Perform on both sides.
