Dumbbell Hammer Curl
To Set Up:
Begin standing with feet shoulder width apart, and dumbbells held by your sides with palms facing in.
To Perform:
Keeping your elbows by your sides, lift the dumbbells up until elbows are fully flexed. Pause for a moment in this position, before lowering dumbbells back down.
