Barbell Bicep Curl
To Set Up:
Begin standing with feet shoulder width apart and holding a barbell with hands palm up just outside your thighs.
To Perform:
Keeping your elbows by your sides, lift the barbell up until elbows are fully flexed. Pause for a moment in this position, before lowering barbell back down.
