Dumbbell Concentration Curl

Dumbbell/s

To Set Up:

Begin sitting on a chair or bench. Holding a dumbbell in one hand, place your elbow in the inside your knee.

To Perform:

Keeping your elbow pressed against the inside of your knee, lift the dumbbell up until the elbow is fully flexed. Pause for a moment in this position, before lowering the dumbbell back down.

Perform on both sides.
