Resistance Band Tricep Pressdown
To Set Up:
Affix a resistance band over the top of a rack, or another sturdy attachment point. Stand beneath the attachment point, and grasp the band with palms facing down, and hands roughly hip width apart. Tuck your elbows in by your sides.
To Perform:
Extend your elbows to press your hands downward. Pause for a moment with elbows fully extended, before returning with control to the start position.
