Dumbbell Overhead Tricep Extension
To Set Up:
Begin standing with feet shoulder width apart. Position a dumbbell so that it is behind your head, with your palms supporting the head of the dumbbell. Your elbows should be pointing up.
To Perform:
Extend your elbows to press the dumbbell upward, taking care to avoid contacting the dumbbell with the back of your head. Pause for a moment with your elbows fully extended, before lowering the dumbbell back down.
