Feet Elevated Tricep Dip
To Set Up:
Begin by sitting on a chair or bench, and placing your hands on the edge of the bench or chair by your side. Walk your feet out in front of you to place them on an object 20cm high. Then, lift your hips off and forwards of the bench or chair. Ensure your knees fully extended to assume the start position.
To Perform:
Bend your elbows so they point rearward to lower your hips toward the floor as far as your shoulders will comfortably allow. Pause for a moment in the bottom position, before extending your elbows to return to the top position.
