Eccentric Chin Up
To Set Up:
Place a bench or chair underneath a fixed bar, then step up onto the bench or chair.
Grasp the bar with palms facing towards you, and hands shoulder width apart.
To Perform:
Jump lightly from the bench to lift your neck to be in line with your hands. With control, lower yourself down to the floor (or bench, depending on your height) to a count of 3.
Step back up onto the bench, and repeat.
