This activity program is for people who want to meet the World Health Organisation's (WHO) physical activity guidelines for pregnancy, and want the freedom to develop their own plan.

Prerequisite Function
To start this program a baseline level of function is required, including the ability to:
- Perform repeated sit to stands
- Perform repeated wall pushups
- Perform bodyweight romanian deadlifts
- Independently activate the pelvic floor muscles
Equipment Required
The only equipment required is comfortable exercise appropriate clothing and footwear.
