This activity program is for people who want to meet the World Health Organisation's (WHO) physical activity guidelines for adults aged 18-64, and want the freedom to develop their own plan.

Prerequisite Function
To start this program a baseline level of function is required, including the ability to:
- Perform repeated sit to stands
- Perform repeated wall pushups
- Perform repeated bridges
Equipment Required
The only equipment required is comfortable exercise appropriate clothing and footwear.
