Equipment Required:

None

To Set Up:

Begin sitting on a standard height chair with your arms across your chest.

Position your feet flat on the floor and shoulder width apart.

To Perform:

Lean forward and push through your legs to stand up tall. Pause briefly in a tall standing position before lowering with control to sit on the chair.

Throughout the sitting and standing movement keep your knees in line with your toes.
