Dumbbell Side Lying Rear Fly
To Set Up:
Begin lying on your side, with the dumbbell held on the floor directly in front of your shoulder.
To Perform:
Keeping your elbow straight, lift the dumbbell up until it is held directly above your shoulder. Pause for a moment, before returning to the start position.
Perform on both sides.
